Across the high reaches of a glacier, white is never entirely still. Beneath its luminous surface, layers of compressed ice stretch, fracture, and slowly shift with the movement of the mountain. Fine gray lines appear beneath the snow like traces of ancient motion — subtle records of pressure, time, and terrain carried quietly through the frozen landscape.

This stone reflects that same sense of movement. Its expansive white field is crossed by delicate gray markings that gather into wisps, dissolve into softer passages, and reappear farther across the surface. Rather than following a rigid path, the pattern feels fluid and naturally layered, like mineral sediment suspended within ancient ice.
