Return Eligibility
We accept returns on products that meet the following conditions:
• Product must be in original, unused condition
• Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
• Product must be free from scratches, chips, or other damage
• Custom-cut or specially ordered items may not be eligible for return
Return Timeframe
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee may apply to returned items to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.

Step 2: Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
Step 3: Package items securely in original packaging
Step 4: Ship items back using a trackable shipping method (customer responsible for return shipping costs)
Refund Information
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
Refund Amount: Purchase price minus applicable restocking fee and any shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Custom-cut surfaces or materials cut to specific dimensions
• Installed products
• Items damaged due to improper handling or storage
• Products that have been altered or modified
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective products:

• Provide photos of the damage or defect
• We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no additional cost
Return Shipping
Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival
Packaging Requirements: Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping. Damage that occurs during return transit may affect refund eligibility.
